法国的黄金地 - Beaune

人们往往把法国和巴黎画上等号。巴黎以外,其实别有洞天。Beaune就是一个活生生的例子。 去年秋天,我和朋友在巴黎租了一辆车,往巴黎的东南驶去。朋友响往Beaune,是因为那地区出产的葡萄酒,举世闻名。我不擅喝酒,但举世闻名的东西,我觉得看看也无妨。就因为没有期待, Beaune给我的震撼,是前所未有的!大约三个小时后,当车子走出高速公路时,眼前的景象,让我摒住了呼吸。那一刻,我终于体会了breathtaking的意境! 秋天的Beaune, 被一望无际泛金黄色的葡萄藤蔓包围,没有一丝凄凉。我心中的澎湃,无法形容。我了解了为何Beaune,连同附近的Côte de Nuits,一起被叫做Côte de Or。Côte de Or,,就是“金黄色的一边”的意思。冬天的时候,葡萄叶凋谢了,但那绵绵的山坡,金黄依旧。因为那里的土壤,是呈金红色的! Beaune是个老镇。在古老城墙的包围下,风采依旧。步行,是欣赏Beaune老镇的最佳方法。走在窄窄的鹅卵石街道,慢慢地体验法国乡下人悠闲的生活。累了,就随意走进广场里任何一间咖啡厅,品尝法国牛角面包和café au lait。生活嘛,就是应该这样,悠悠闲闲地过。 这个广场,每逢星期六会有市场,你绝对不能错过!法国人的人生百态,在市场里展露无遗!除了新鲜的蔬菜水果之外,芝士、香肠、鸡蛋、蜜糖、生肉类、比萨、烤肉、各类面包、松露,葡萄酒和各类手工艺品,应有尽有。你非品尝不可的,是烤Bresse鸡肉。如果你饱得不行,也得买些Bresse鸡肉和面包回去,隔天自制三文治,包你回味无穷! 在广场的旁边,是著名的十五世纪医院 – Hôtel-Dieu.。Hôtel-Dieu于1443年8月4日建成,目的除了给遭受战争之苦的老百姓治病外,也是个避难所。付了入门票(6欧元),经过了旋转栅门,眼前出现的,是保留得非常好的建筑物和其高高的、五彩缤纷的屋瓦。主堂里是两排整齐的病床,和非常具特色的屋顶。屋顶上,架着大大、长长的梁柱,每一根梁柱都从不同怪兽的口“破口而出”。间夹在怪兽中间的,是许多奇奇怪怪的木雕元首,以一些不被恭维的动物特征,来象征Beaune资产阶级居民的人格缺陷,非常有趣! 傍晚,我和朋友带了我们买的Bresse鸡肉、面包、芝士、香肠和葡萄酒,爬上了金黄色的山坡。看着一望无际的黄金地,品尝着道地的Beaune美食与美酒。夕阳西下,这时,无声胜有声。。。

只为了明天

两个月的辛苦,只为了明天。 汉堡王的旗舰餐厅,明天正式开张。 我负责公关这一块。 其实,还有很多人不懂公关的工作性质。很多人问我:“你是做什么的?”当我回答:“我是公关”时,往往看见问者眼睛里刹那间的闪烁,是那种带点掩饰的闪烁。

剪发

昨天和大牛聊起,发现年纪真的大了。 我说我去跑步后,双脚肌肉疼痛。 他说他打羽球后,全身酸痛。 早上睡醒时,怎么老是觉得还是很累,力不从心的? 以前啊,学校的体育课时不是偶尔要跑2.4公里吗?我们可以在7分钟内完成。 哎哟怎么又在想当年了? 结果啊,他说我们得开始保养,进补了。 蜂皇浆,珍珠粉,燕窝,FANCL骨胶原。 我说Jane说螺旋藻很好。 讲了酱多,竟然担心补太多,以后老不死。 想酱多,是不是真的老了?

白高兴

吃风主编告知,我的Beaune会刊登在八月刊,这个礼拜上架。结果啊,我从礼拜三就每天往7-11里跑。搜了Office附近的两间,东海岸公园的那间,结果在河谷7-11的架上看到唯一的一本。赶紧买了,翻了一翻,怎么没有?才发现,买到七月的。下个礼拜再搜。

梦见Obama

你连发梦也如此有趣。 梦里我驾着汽车(是这辆吗?),载着Obama。(没梦见车牌号码,buggar!) 我破口大骂Obama:“不要老是花时间准备演讲稿!”(我有酱bossy嚒?) 原来我们正驱车从巴黎往米兰开去。(我还真的很想叻!) Obama路不懂,地图也不会看。(真的假的?) 你忙着在地图里寻找地位方向。 忘了我们有GPS!(歪咯海咯!)

三人行济南

学院要求我们写一写我们这趟济南之行的心得。我最近忙的不可开交,还无法交差。辣妈Jane的心得,我替她发佈。 六月的济南正步入炎炎的夏季。在济南十二天的体验,除了热,还是热!不单纯是天气的热,也深深体会到济南人的热。 原以为生长在热带的我们对热已经是免疫了。但却实实在在地屈服于摄氏44度的炎阳下了。 对于济南那突如其来,不讲道理而令人措手不及的热,可以说是不期而然的。但济南人的热情,我们却深深地被感动了。午后芙蓉街窄巷里为我们指引大明湖方向慈祥亲切的老奶奶;卖臭豆腐的大婶放下档口跑回家,就只为了再给我的臭豆腐添加些辣椒酱;卖水的大姐一次次,一趟趟的帮我们把水送到宿舍,为酷热的济南带来了阵阵清凉;曲阜幽默风趣、出口成章的三轮车夫,为我们带来了一段难忘之旅,使我们在曲阜度过一个难以忘怀的夜晚。而这许许多多的点点滴滴,岂是我这拙笔三言两语所能言喻的呢!

被放逐

红彤彤

住在新山的大姨听说我花了新币5元买了一小罐红醩,替我大大感到不值。结果托我的姐姐给我带了一大盒的正宗福州红醩回来。 想到之前我们大谈红醩鸡鸭,现在给你送上了。上鸡!

常规乱了

如果我的常规被搞乱,我会心烦气躁的。 我就是酱的人,也不知道为何如此。 最近重出江湖,为汉堡王的旗舰店开张做公关宣传。再加上每天上课,结果啊,每天都是早出晚归的。过去10个月理出来的常规被搞乱了,你说我的心怎么不烦,气怎么不燥? 好像时间老是不够。 Blog的时间少了。 周日工作时,面对电脑。周末为了blog,面对电脑。 周日在办公室里,想blog,不能blog。 周末在家里,不能不blog。 又说,我是个追求完美的人。做一件事,如果不能做得完美,不如不做?如果开始做了,却又无法做得完美,我会心烦气躁的。 我就是酱的人,也不知道为何如此。 就是因为最近汉堡王的旗舰店开张做公关宣传,每天下午得回办公室。 以前,我可以在下午温习功课,考试的时候,就不必临时抱佛脚。 结果我看啊,这次佛脚肯定非抱不可了! 这样执着的我,该怎么办呢?

According to owner Brigitte Fiala, SHU! is the “best shoe shop in the whole of Austria”—and she might be right. One of the great things about Vienna is that you never know what lies around the corner—so finding WERKPRUNK was just pure luck. Started by sisters Jasmine and Silvia König six and a half years ago, the store features beautifully crafted jewellery and leather merchandise displayed alongside vintage furniture. Jasmine designs the jewellery (which includes rings, bangles and necklaces) while Silvia designs the leather merchandise.

Kyoto-born Yuji Mizobuchi and Simone Springer from Salzburg met while studying Footwear and Accessory Design at Cordwainers College in London. In 2005, rosa mosa was born. SCHON SCHÖN

SPITTELBERG

An Austrian wien stübel with a 150-year-old cellar, Spittelberg offers Austrian/French fusion along with a large selection of crêpes. The outdoor seating area is tucked in a quiet back alley, perfect for a glass of cold beer during the summer. Owner and chef, Dr Jürgen Stein, a classic furniture enthusiast is responsible for creating this quaint Viennese brasserie. MILO

It is pretty marvellous what MILO can do for you—and this is no exception. The architecture of this restaurant is intriguing, and the ceiling is covered in vibrant tiles from Istanbul. Designed by French architects Anne Lacaton and Jean Philippe, the restaurant is much like a light-flooded hall with an enchanting sense of space.

Located in the heart of the seventh district, Lena & Laurenz caters to shopaholics who need a quick bite. Takeaway sandwiches, soups, homemade pasta and coffee are freshly made every day, and health-conscious shoppers will be glad to know that they use organic ingredients as well. Stefan Taffent, the (very handsome and friendly) owner was the icing on the cake—if you are not in a hurry, eating here is a delightful experience.

Sir Terence Conran—founder of furniture chain store, Habitat—turned this 300-year-old stable into a masterpiece of modern design, offering 72 rooms and suites. Specially designed furniture and artwork from both local and international artists decorate the halls, but it is the inner courtyard that will make you want to stay for a day or two longer. Replete with 30-year-old olive trees and rosemary bushes, it is undoubtedly the perfect place to have a meal or to simply relax with a glass of fine wine.

HOTEL ALTSTADT

Situated in the booming seventh district of Vienna, Hotel Altstadt offers 42 individually decorated rooms and suites. As you walk around this 107-year-old former residential apartment, try not to blink so you don’t miss out on anything: antique chairs, unusual lighting and contemporary art pieces transform every corridor into an art gallery. While most of the rooms are decorated in classic Viennese style, nine are extraordinary. THE RING

There is no better location for a hotel than where the Ringstraße is situated—the Viennese boulevard. It is right opposite the Vienna State Opera and at the start of the famous Kärntnerstraße. 锁住希望

锁,难道真的锁得住人的祈许? 泰山玉皇顶的玉皇庙里,成千上万的铁锁绕着玉皇石碑,一个接一个,一层接一层,紧紧地扣在一起。我,震撼了。 大明湖的雨荷亭旁,善男信女们将他们的希望托付于红丝缎,然后将它绑在树上。短短的一句“我不要再过穷日子”,寄托了多少的希望? YC部落格上千奇百怪,出现在另一个大陆的锁,是否也有着同样的信念和一丝希望? 一个锁,开了,希望就脱了。一缎丝,断了,希望也就灭了。
